Went to find my annual passes to get my DDE card and i cant find them! I have the little passholder booklet and my passes are missing from the back! :faint: :sad2: help i'm panicking!

If I dont find them does anyone know if i can have them re-issued?

Anyone else done this?!

Yup. Just bring your photo ID to Guest Services at any park or DTD.

I have a habit of sending my pass through the washer.

but most people don't do it. Did you copy the back of your AP's? They have the unique pass # on it. If you have that number, they will replace them no questions asked. If you don't, it is just your word against theirs. Unfortunately, what keeps anyone from calling up and saying "I lost my passes". I don't mean any offense, really :sunny: . But, you might be out of luck. Even when one is on vacation, keep a copy of the back side of the AP in your room safe. With the paper passes, they can get wet, fall out of your pocket, etc. I hope to hear that somebody has better news than me!

You are mistaken about the AP.

While the above is true with some passes, AP's can be replaced by simply showing your photo ID.

I have had mine replaced and my dd's once, as she dosen't have photo ID (she was 9) they went from my ID. Both times at guest relations outside Epcot, 5 minutes total, friendly CM no hassle.

AP's are issued by name unlike the other regular passes...just bring a photo id and you are set...I'd done it before no problem...

Ted's right. Same thing happened to us (my fault) a couple of years ago. They failed to make the trip with us :confused3 . After a slight panic attack my DW calmed me down, checked with a CM at our resort and voila....off to IG at Epcot we were with our licenses! No problems whatsoever! :sunny:

i havnt copied the back of them, ive had them since i came home in April but for the life of me I cant find them! Surely Disney must keep a record of annual passholders?

I really dont know where else to look!

Ted I hope your right! We got our passes free when we bought more DVC points so maybe I'll phone member services and beg!

thanks for the replies everyone I'm a bit calmer now.

How do I go about getting my DDE card though if I dont know my annual pass number?

Call the Passholder phon number, they can look you up in the system. Just my *name* is enough to find me, but you'll also need to verify phone number and address.

They'll give you your AP number over the phone so you can login to the website, and let you purchase your DDE card, etc.

I had my AP replaced yesterday at Guest Services outside the MK. All I had to do was give them my ID. It wasn't any big deal to them :)

Like I said, I have washed my pass several times in the pocket of my shorts. All you need to do is show up and Guest Services and show them you ID.

A friend once went to Guest Services because they forgot to put their pass in their wallet before heading to the park. They cold the CM that they forgot it and they printed a new one with no trouble.
