Help- Lost Gad Ticket Email

My brother cannot find his email with the gad ticket. Does anyone know what to do? I tried to get into his account and it keeps saying wrong password.

Is there an option to get his password sent to his e-mail address? If not, I'd suggest that he send an e-mail here explaining the problem:

It's possible that Disney can look up his info at the parks with just his ID, but I'm sure he'd feel better to have his voucher in hand for his trip.
