If not, I'd suggest that he send an e-mail here explaining the problem: http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/di...A-Day-Get-A-Disney-Day-Request-For-Assistance It's possible that Disney can look up his info at the parks with just his ID, but I'm sure he'd feel better to have his voucher in hand for his trip.
