Hi guys! I'm not really a collector, just a DVCer and Disney addict. I just got a phone call from my sister that her teenage daughter has broken (accidentally smashed) the Band Leader Mickey Bobblehead that they gave him for his birthday several years ago. He's a band director that's not really sure how many times he's been to Disney and it was the perfect present when they picked it up at Disney a few years ago. I need help figuring out if it's possible to replace it and who to contact, etc. My neice will be replacing it out of her money, but that's another story.
From what I remember, it's 12-15" tall, Mickey stands on a green base and he has on a band leader hat with a big, yellow feather. They think they picked it up at the Beach Club store at Christmas, 2007. My sister knows she had seen it at Downtown Disney or in the parks during a trip prior to that. But that was the only place she found it then.
I think I may have seen something similar this January at BC or maybe SSR; just a vague memory.
