Help! leaving Sat.-no ME vouchers!!

Hi there,

My DF planned a last minute trip 2 weeks ago & we are leaving on Sat. We have not yet received our ME vouchers in the mail. Does this mean we will not be able to use Magical Express? Our reservation info from WDW does note that we have ME.

What if I did not receive my Disney's Magical Express Service information packet, including vouchers and luggage tags, prior to leaving home?

Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, proceed directly to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center where transfer vouchers will be provided. For Guests with flights arriving between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Disney will obtain your information, collect your luggage and deliver it to your room at your Resort hotel. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect their luggage at baggage claim and transport it with them on the motor coach.

I would make sure though that you contact resort reservations to confirm that they have you booked on ME. Have a GREAT vacation!!!
 
You will need to talk with ME directly. They will give you a reservation number. They told us if we had our luggage easy to locate they would grab it and take it to our room. We decided to just grab our own to be on the safe side.
 
Call and get a reservation number. Go to the ME counter and give them your tickets for your luggage. They will copy down the information and will still deliver your luggage to your room. There are lots of reports of this happening on the transportation board.

I have traveled several times and never gotten an ME packet -- I just make sure it's on my reservation confirmation ( have never called for another number) and have never had any trouble getting on ME by going to the desk and checking in.

Thank you guys!!! Is the reservation number different than our hotel reservation number?

Your reservation number IS your hotel or package reservation number. However, as you noted, your reservation info indicates that you also have your Magical Express reservation - meaning DME has you in its computer files.

Arrive at MCO, get off the plane, board the tram to the main terminal.
Exit the tram, follow signage to Side B, proceed to Level One on Side B
With your back to the outside, the Welcome Center will be to your far right
Approach the podium, at which you will be asked if you have your booklet
Since you don't, you will simply be directed to the (very short) Welcome Center line, where you will be asked for your luggage claim checks. The CM will record the numbers and give you back the claim checks. Other CMs will claim your luggage and ship it to your Disney resort. You will be directed to the bus going to your resort.
