Help! Leaving in 2 weeks!!

Hello, my husband surprised me with a quick trip leaving on Feb. 28th or 29th. 3-4 days in the parks. We haven't been for several years (WDW 2018 was our last trip). We have been to Disneyland several times but this is the first trip without our kids!! So exciting!! I am finding that our favourite hotels are not showing any availability on short notice. Wondering what your favourite hotel recommendations would be for two people. Walking distance would be nice, we are pretty fit so I am not afraid to walk. Howard Johnson has been a family favourite. Also, those of you who have traveled without kids...what do you recommend? Places to eat?? Also...it has been a long, dreary winter here on the west coast of Canada...a nice pool would be a bonus!! Thanks for your input!! I don't know how I am going to sleep! Two weeks!!

What an awesome surprise!

If you're checking out by Mar. 4th, there's quite a bit still available. Tropicana is the closest, and Courtyard, Residence Inn, Springhill Suites or Hyatt House would be the nicest ones that I'm seeing with availability.

The lack of availability begins on the night of Mar. 4th, because the Natural Products Expo is being held at the Anaheim Convention Center. It's the second largest convention held there.
