I need help learning how to do the words (ie, names) with the letters cut out of a picture. A lot of the designers do it, but I can't figure it out. The program I have is Paint Shop Photo X 2 . I wouldn't be opposed to buying another program if I knew which one to buy. I am pretty computer savvy and design savvy, but don't know computer design in the last 15 or so years.
