Help! Last minute changes

I will be in the parks beginning Black Friday. My current schedule is as follows:

Friday:
AK late afternoon to close

Saturday:
Epcot open to afternoon
MK afternoon to close
Dinner at BOG

Sunday:
AK open to close
Late breakfast at Tusker House

Monday:
MK open to close
Lunch at Crystal Palace

Tuesday:
Lunch at WCC
MVMCP

Wednesday:
Late breakfast at Ohana
Epcot afternoon to close

Thursday:
MK open to 4
Dinner at Ohana

Friday:
MK open to afternoon
Lunch at BOG


I am considering changing the first 3 days to this:

Friday:
Epcot afternoon to close

Saturday:
AK open to close

Sunday:
MK open to 4
Dinner at Garden Grill in Epcot


Should I stick with my original plan or change to my new idea? If change, what TS meal should I add and where? I currently cant snag a new TH ressie.
