HELP! Kitten issues

Kai ( the 6 month old that weve had since he was 6 weeks old) does NOT like the new baby cat ( 7 weeks) that we got this weekend.
Kai fights him constantly. Im having a hard time typing with a water bottle in my hand. lol


Help? How do I get them to tolerate each other?

Actually, I would have kept them separate to start with. When I got Tycho, I kept Tycho in the kitchen and Wedge had the rest of his house. They got used to each ther's scent under the door for a couple days, then I switched them -- Wedge in the kitchen and Tycho in the house. Tyco got to explore the house and check out the scent of his brother, and Wedge got to do the same. THEN we introduced them to each other. They were so used to the scent, that by that time, it was just "Oh, so THAT'S what you look like." And if they got too fight-y, we separated them.

I have always lucked out when it comes to introducing new cats to my household..we have fostered a few, and the few times we did, my orange tabby just ignored it, or stayed hidden like he always is..LOL...and my black one just looked at me like "ok, when you getting rid of this one?". I still think he is waiting for the pug dogs to go away..

I have a dog and 2 cats now.

The new kitten just arrived this weekend.

Im stopping I promise.

I had the best intentions really, I wanted a playmate for the cat too bad the cat isnt seeing it that way.
