Help!! - Kilt Rental Crisis!!

Hi all,

So we had been planning to rent all the boys kilts (8 and 2 kids) from Dunedin Scottish in Tampa. We visited them in November when we were down for our planning session and everything looked fine. We are in the process of finalizing everything with them and now they say that they can't fill our rentals as they don't have enough kilts in our selected tartan. She is seeing if there is anything that they can juggle, but I have no warm fuzzy feelings when dealing with them (ie. the lady was rude and there seems to be a huge lack of communication between those who work there). I don't even know what to do anymore, short of renting here and dragging ten kilts all the way to Florida with fingers crossed that they will fit! The bridesmaid dresses are all in and just when I thought my dress was the only outstanding clothing issue!!!!

Does anyone know any other kilt rental places in Florida??

Scottish/canadian, I can only offer what my fingers have found on the Internet. I'm not sure if that will be much help but it's the best that I can do (see links below).

I would definitely ask the FTW folks if they know of any places that rent kilts. Hopefully, they do. I would also consider contacting Scottish organizations (or perhaps Renaissance Fair type of organizations) in FL to see if they have any rental suggestions for you, too.

Hi there! did you find kilts for hire? if so where did you hire them from? i'm a scottish disney bride to be we'r planning on getting married in WDW wedding pavillion but we would really like to rent some kilts instead lugging them on the plane there and back. So far i'v not had much luck finding anywhere on the internet apart from the place just outside tampa which you had gone with originally and had a bad experiene with. any help/advice would b much appreciated
