HELP - Jan code avail but TA wont call me back!!!

I have been following the Jan 2007 code thing since I booked my trip this past summer.

To be proactive I sent an email to my TA on the 30th telling her that a code was comin out on 11/2 that could possibly be used on my existing reservation and asked if she could please look into it and please let me know.

I never heard from her.

So this morning at 9:30am I called her and she said that she got my email but that the Disney site was down all day yesterday and that she did not get a chance to look at it. She said she had someone at her desk. I said fine, no problem, when you are done please give me a call at home.

It is now 2:49pm and I have not heard from her.

In the meantime I called Disney myself and found out that the code applied to my exisiting reservation would save me $317.82!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But that I cant touch my existing reservation cause it was booked through the TA.

$318 is a little less than half my airfare for my entire family. I am killing myself worring about this cause I know that is may become NOT AVAILABLE at any time.

Any suggestions?
What should I do????????????????
 
Send her another email and let her know what you told us, that you can receive over $300 and that it is half of your airfare -- and ask that she does this today -- that should get your message across. Sometimes the squeeky wheel gets the most oil.
