HELP- Jack Sparrow?!

Can someone please help? I have 2 sons who are HUGE fans of POTC. We were at Magic Kingdom in March of 06' and never saw Jack Sparrow. We are going ack in Nov. this year but only to Animal Kingdom. Can you only see Jack Sparrow at Magic Kingdom? Please help me find him!

Unfortunately, I've never seen Cap'n Jack at Animal Kingdom :-(

You might want to take them to downtown Disney - the World of Disney store has some neat pirate displays and outside the store there's a skeleton pirate at the ship's wheel - great for a picture!

Thank you so much for that tip. I can't believe I got a reply already.Bummer about not seeing him at AK, i figured that. Looking for any tips on how to make this special for my boys and we will definately have to go see that. Thanks again! Keep em' coming people!

Unfortunately he only appears at the MK.

Unfourtanatally you can only find him in the show at Magic Kingdom. The Pirate Tutorial. But if your kids want to meet him there is a way. YOu have to go to the Pirate and princess party! You can actually meet Jack Sparrow And see him in the parade and there is a whole thing in hte fireworks on pirates of the carrabien. They are the most increadable thing! Plus there is so much more you can do there! I would totally suggest that!

We just go back from a WDW trip and were able to see Jack and get his
autogragh across the way from where the Pirate tutorial next to POTC ride is.
It was great to meet him, he was so into Character. My DS loved it!
After the encounter my DS said to me: "I think that is the real Guy"
and I reply: "I do too".
I asked Jack if he ever washes his hair (since he has dreadlocks) and he said
"Why would I want to do that because I would lose all of the luster and shine".
He was good!!
You have to go to MK some kind of way to see Jack, It was worth it!!

It is true that Jack Sparrow only appears at MK. The good news is that the Jack Sparrow meet/photo op spot is now open on a regular basis. It is at the same location used during the P&PP. It is to the right, just over the bridge in Adventureland.
