I'm not really sure the best place to post this, but this seems to be where most people post similar things. I will explain the very convoluted scenario below. I really need someone who really knows what they are doing with MagicBands/physical tickets MDE to contact me and see if I can fix this.

I am leading a group YES trip the week after Thanksgiving. I have 2 MDE accounts for myself, one that is a business acct., and my personal acct., so I can deal with my family's plans. I have almost everyone linked to my business acct. (acct. 1) I have a few people linked to my personal acct. (acct. 2). We decided to each book a campsite for a night for those that were staying onsite the whole time. All but one family who is not staying onsite is linked to one or both my accounts, and one family that IS staying onsite is not linked yet. (Invite sent to mom, but not accepted yet). I booked all the campsites, and got everyone's MagicBands. I also have all tickets ordered, and linked them to MDE via the confirmation #. I did not realize I would not get physical tickets if I did that. It's not a big problem, but I have 4 people that are not technically linked yet to either acct. I talked to the ticketing office today, and they are going to send physical tickets for those 4 people.

Here's the problem. Agent asked me for names and went into acct. 1 and added the names as people I manage and assigned cards to them. 2 of those people are in acct. with Magic Bands assigned. So now they have a Magic Band assigned in one acct. and a card in another...so I tried to link the 2 together. I invited A from acct. to by sending an email to my primary email address in acct. 2, then accepted the invite. A then disappeared from acct. 1. Then I decided to do the same thing in reverse thinking that would fix the problem. NO!!!! Now, A's MagicBand is listed WITH mine in acct. 1 and I assume her ticket card is one of the ones listed with my name in acct. 2. It deleted "A" from both accts. Now, I haven't done anything else, but don't know how to fix this. A's Dad still has a card linked in acct. 1 and MagicBand linked in acct. 2. Then I am still going to have a problem with the other person once SHE connects to me because the 4th person is her daughter who will then have card linked to me in acct. 1 and a Magic Band linked in her Mom's acct.

The thing I am really the most concerned about is somehow getting A's band unlinked from ME and linking it back to her. I know everyone says that's impossible, but earlier today it was linked to her as a managed person in acct. 2 and NOW it's linked to ME in acct. 1. Seriously, I need help. I didn't realize the ticketing person was doing things the way she was, or I would have just told her to wait.

ANY help greatly appreciated. I really don't want to spend a couple of hours at Guest Relations sorting this out when I get there, esp. since these families are not arriving the same day.

I don't really understand this, but it definitely appears to be the type of problem that you're not going to fix without Disney involvement. Whether you need IT help or just regular help, I'm not sure. It's very confusing. And I'm sure the CM would be pretty confused as well. You'll have to be clear about what you want the final outcome to be when speaking with them.

You will need to call IT. Be prepared to be on hold for a while. I had a similar problem that took them an hour to fix.

Does anyone know if there is an email address where I can send the info and say I need this band # and this card # connected to this person, etc. I don't hear well on the phone, which is likely how this mess started in the first place.

One big question is: I still have the virtual tickets for all 4 of these people assigned to me in acct. 1. If they have magicbands and virtual tickets assigned to them, the ticket card is never going to matter or come into play, correct?

Or, since the YES agent assigned the virtual tickets to these 4 people and then assigned cards to them, is that going to cause a problem?

I know I'm going to need to get someone at Disney involved, but I don't want to spend hours trying to get to the right person. And if the physical tickets aren't even going to matter, I think I can fix it without getting Disney involved. I can just buy a new Magicband for A, esp. if the rumor of them going up for sale online Mon. is true.

PLEASE some CM with knowledge of this PM me to let me know what channels to go through.
