help?!?!?! iTunes!!! iPad

Afraid to admit this... the older I get the more technology stupid I become. Where better to come to for help than to you helpful Disboard people!

I am having iTune issues. Actually, many issues. When I click on the link, I get a compatability mode message. When iTunes opens, NOTHING is there. Help. Gulp. I am a fitness instructor with many many many hours of music & playlists!

Now what?

On a good note (maybe????), everything I "need" is still on my iPad.

Do you see where I need help. Be gentle with me, if I was brave enough I'd ask for my 13 year old to help.

You might have to update your I tunes. Just try to go to the app store and type in I tunes and see if there is an update button. If that doesn't work you might have to unstall I tunes and re install it.

have u updated to the lastest version of iTunes? in the top bar, does it have a (Not Responding) message by iTunes?

if everything on your iPad but not your computer can be a bad thing, you will need to transfer them back to PC and redo your iPad again.
