Help! Is there a kids TV programme called Neptuna??

Help, my 3 yo is driving me mad asking for a cartoon called Neptuna??? He must have seen something the other week. Is it the Arial (little mermaid) cartoons on the Disney channel.
Haven't seen these videos as the boys aren't usually interested.

We've got cable and there about 10 kids channels so I haven't a clue!

ROFLOL! It's so funny when they know exactly what they are saying and you haven't got a clue! My daughter loves to listen to Nusic - and there is no convincing here that it start's with an 'M', she just won't have it.
