HELP! Is it sometimes hard to get through to the #?

Hi all!
I called on Friday and am expecting a call back from an SM either yesterday or today. Trouble is I gave them my work # and have been home sick.

Just tried calling the number in the brochure and pamphlet, but both have been busy?

Is this fairly normal-last time I called I got right through. Is it difficult to get through at times? Anyone know?

I don't think I have ever experienced a busy signal. Usually, I go to the website and have them call me. I did have a lot of trouble trying to get an SM to call me back. Eventually, I had to call and ask to speak with someone right away. Good luck!

to be honest with you yes it is difficult to get in touch with most people at DFTW. they will get back to you just not right away. It takes a bit. Good Luck. Once you have a planner it is easier.

The problems today are most likely the result of the MED cruise bookings and the Fall free food promo that opened for bookings.
