Help - info needed by MS

I'm due to call MS later today for our October 09 reservation and I've had a mental blank. I cannot remember what information they need for all the people who will be staying in each room. Could someone please remind me what info I will need to give. I know MS will want the names of everyone but will they want ages or DOB?

They will want names of everyone staying in the room and ages of any children.( they do not ask for dob)

They also want full postal address for each person as well.

Thanks Claire - I already know the address. My main concern was that they would need DOB.
