Help! I'm short 3 points, and don't know what to do!

We are taking a vacation in November, and are short 3 points! What do we do in this case...it seems like too few to rent, and we are all "borrowed out" until our use year starts in December!
Any ideas?

Call member services and buy 3, 1 time use points.

The One-Time-Use points costs $15 a point and are available for purchase for reservations at the seven month window. You will need to call Member Services because the One-Time-Use points cannot be purchased online.
