Help, I'm going mad

I'm sat at home just wishing I was going to Disney for New Year. I can't think of anything else and it's driving me mad.

Isn't it ironic that when when you can afford to go you don't have the time and when you have the time you don't have the money!!

How can one place do this to you.

Has anyone else got holiday blues?

Sorry to moan but I just had to get that off my chest.

I know exactly what you mean!!

I'm in the lucky position where I've got a WDW holiday booked for May but the previously I really did get hit by the holiday blues especially at this time of year - seems like once Christmas is over it hits you even worse as well, the "I've got nothing to look forward to now" syndrome!

My cure - get something planned/booked - even if it's in a couple of years time!

I am also in need of a Countdown to Disney - somehow, some way I will get one ........ May seems far too long ago now!!!

I think Astrid's advice is very sound - work towards booking something or at least planning a trip some time in the future.

Fantasia Sam you must be just around the corner!, I wish that my next WDW trip was imminent as I am just getting over shingles and feeling very down so thought that I would check out the boards for a Disney hit. Its really sad cause I've just put the WDW website in my favourites as well as DC and universal and theres more than 500 days to go!!!! Help.

I have plans to go back in November but I cannot make definate plans until summer due to work commitments.

Got to agree with the Post Hol/Xmas Blues so I took action before.

I'm going to see Beauty and the Beast on stage at Manchester on Jan 25th. Am going to San Francisco end Feb with a trip to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang tagged on and then 2 lots of Chitty on March 15th which should be Michael Ball's last day, yes I am as fanatical about Mr Ball as I am about Disney.

Also I'm planning DLP in July with Mum and Dad. This will be mum's first time on a plane sort of a test to see how she handles it before we head to WDW in a few years time. A retirement pressie to my Dad.

And then what to do with the rest of the year

I think it may involve WDW!
