HELP!!! I'm freaking out about DME reservation!

I booked our DME through the DVC Member site since my wonderful Uncle is letting us use his points. Last night I was trying to get all our confirmations and what not organized and I can't find an email confirmation from DME! I know they won't send the packet with our luggage tags until we are 6 weeks out. I'm freaking out wondering if it was ever really submitted. Did I miss clicking that last confirm button? Did cyberspace eat it? My question to you guys is what do I do? Should I have my uncle call and check to see if they are there? Should I just redo the reservation? Or should I just chill out till we hit 6 weeks and see if our packet shows up?

Why don't you just call DME directly? I've done that before.
 
They won't talk to me because we are booked through my uncles DVC everything goes through DVC and they will only talk to the member even though I am the one listed on the reservation. Yes I know it's annoying its not like I'm trying to use more of his points or cost him money!

I understand that Member Services can't talk to you; but you are saying that the Magical Express people can't talk to you either? I have never had that problem. I have talked to them directly before.
 

Even people renting points can call ME directly, you don't have to be the DVC owner. Now if it are trying to go through DVc member services, that is correct, they will only speak with the owner.
 
I call them directly it usually works out better & i get my tags & booklet much faster. This upcoming trip i have had my stuff for at least 2 weeks now & we are not leaving till christmas day.
 
1. Try calling ME directly. If they have your reservation great. If they don't, ask them if you can make the reservation even if you're staying on another person's DVC points.
2. If you're unsuccessful in step 1, have Uncle call and either check or put in the reservation.

This is not a huge deal. Call DME (1-866-599-0591) and ask if they have your ressie in the system. If they won't talk to you, you can wait. Your DME packet won't arrive til about 30 days out. If, at 25 days, you still haven't received anything, have your Uncle call (or any male significant other & say he's your uncle!!!)
