Help Identifying Animation Cel

[Born4Disney]

I have an original animation cel that I'm trying to figure out what short it was used in. It has Ludwig von Drake wearing his blue sailor jacket (commodore??) "hanging" from the top of the cel with red kisses all over his head. I've tried several websites that had info on Disney shorts but haven't been able to find much info on the one's where von Drake appeared. I believe it's a 60's vintage.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure which one your cel is from, but maybe someone else might have some more information to help. The sailing jacket hints to me that maybe it might be something to do with Mediterranean Cruise.
