Help Identify (Disney Coffee Mug/Tea Cups)

Well, obviously I know the characters and that they are over sized coffee mug / tea cups that were sold at Disney stores; but I don't know is WHEN were these sold? The only information I can find out about them is from an old 2013 eBay posting.

I just checked eBay and found a couple there (including a Tinkerbelle mug which wasn't in the picture you posted). No info on dates, but it looks like they originally sold for 8.50 at the Disney Store. The ones on eBay were all used, but selling for ten bucks or more. Sorry I can't help you with the date question, though.
