Maybe VMK would be a better place without all the rare and beta? I notice wish lists and I can honestly say I really don't have one. I guess my only wish is for everyone's wish to come true. Not to keep this OT, but, without the rare items (especially quest), VMK would lose it's purpose. The entire purpose of VMK is to get the kids hooked and envious of those that have the rare. Then to annoy their parents to get to the parks to get quest so they can have those and to trade up for other rare and beta items.

Without the kids (and adults) going to the parks, VMK would probably be shut down or at least a pay to play game.

My advice would also be to skip the cute or boot games or cafes as well; I've never frequented them, but I've had a lot of people try to get me to 'drop in'. Did drop in once thinking my 'friend' wanted to talk, and she immediately demanded I give her rare items as payment for entering her cafe. If we could say "Heck no!" in VMK, that's what I would've said.

Never ever pay rare for anything!! I personally like to play same of the room games like "falling chairs" but I don't pay for them; but I think it would be ok to pay say an everyday 25 credit pin or something along that line if you really want to.

Yes it is a hard lesson. I feel like someone just kicked me in the stomach. It is a shame we cannot trust fellow players. Very sad. Are there so few of us that are honest and fair? I can't even bear to log in today...

Sorry to tell you, but if someone you don't know as a friend (sometimes it doesn't even matter if they are friends or not) in the game tells you some sob story, don't even think of giving them something. You had a great cause, but many people in this game take advantage of anything and anyone.
