HELP! I totally dropped the ball on ADR's for our Dec 2016 trip

Does anyone know the trick to signing up with tourist plans for reservations for free??I've gone on to register but it only gives me the option to put in credit card #. If this is the only option I'll do it but I've read on many forums here that you can register for free if it's just for Disney reservations. Thanks!!!
