Help! I need the carb count for this:

So my boss decided to treat our team of six to lunch at Applebees.
Who was I to turn down a free lunch!
But, I'm having trouble locating carb count for this salad. (Blackened Chicken salad)
This is what I had:
approx 2 cups of lettuce
approx 2 tablespoons of chopped tomato
approx 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese
approx one small breast of chicken (Blackened, cut in strips)
approx one to two tablespoons of honey mustard dressing

no bread (I told them to leave the garlic toast off), just water to drink

I have no idea on how to count the "blackened" for the chicken
nor the dressing

I hope I didn't blow it on day six by eating this :(

If you can help with the carb count I would much appreciate it :)
 
I entered this in MasterCook:

2 cups lettuce
2 tablespoons chopped tomato
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1 small chicken breast
2 tablespoons honey mustard salad dressing

And got this:

680 Calories; 37g Fat (49.9% calories from fat); 66g Protein; 19g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 200mg Cholesterol; 461mg Sodium. Exchanges: 9 Lean Meat; 1 Vegetable; 1 1/2 Fat; 1 Other Carbohydrates.

My guess is that the honey mustard dressing is what's bumping the carb count up so high... honey is sugar. I don't think the blackened seasonging would add more than a few carbs to the chicken (though there wasn't a "blackened chicken" entry).

I went to CalorieKing.com out of curiousity, and they actually have the Blackened Chicken Salad from Applebees listed (though Applebees.com doesn't have nutrionals...)

Blackened Chicken Salad (full serving):

Calories 424 cals
Total Fats 8.5 g
Carbohydrates 39 g
Protein 48 g
Fiber 4.7 g


Blackened Chicken Salad (half serving):

Calories 226 cals
Total Fats 4.3 g
Carbohydrates 21 g
Protein 26 g
Fiber 2.6 g

I doubt very seriously that I had 39 carbs in my lunch. I ate about 3/4 of what was on the plate and the dressing was on the side so I know I did not go over 2 tablespoons of that.

I will just not eat any more carbs for the rest of the day and hope it's all good.
