Help - I need ideas for a St. Patrick's Dinner

Don't forget the green beer, it just isn't St. Patrick's day in Chicago without it. Miller Lite does 1/4 barrel kegs that are green - I think they're about $40 and oh so much fun!

Also, speaking as someone how just gags at Corned Beef and Cabbage, are you sure your guests (all of them) enjoy it? I say get the spiral ham. JMO. Have a great party.

We love St. Patty's Day and have a party every year. We do corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, rye bread, soda bread (yuck), homemade green cheesecake (YUMMY), homemade dips for appetizers also made green and you can't forget Grasshopper milkshakes (vanilla ice cream and creme de menthe). For the kids we make chocolate chip mint shakes.

For those of you with little kids......the wee people (leprechans) always "pee" in our gallons of milk on St. Patty's Day (I have 2 boys what can I say...they think this is funny). They also turn things upside down, dump backpacks, tip chairs over. They are so mischievious:rotfl:
