Help! I need ideas for a retirement gift!

I'm drawing a blank. I have a co-worker (teacher) who is retiring and since I won't be able to attend her retirement party, I wanted to give her a gift. I don't know what to get and I'm too preoccupied to come up with something creative (I leave for Florida tomorrow after work! ). Any ideas for something I can go out tonight and buy to give her tomorrow!

I did retirement baskets for work one year and here are some things we included:

Bath goodies - things to pamper
AAA tourbook of our state (they were free with my AAA card)
Beach Towel and sunscreen
Gardening tools
