Help! I need help putting my vmk person on

I don't get how to put my vmk person on my signature. I did everything your supposed to and then it just shows up as a website i dont get how to make the picture show up. Someone plz help me

Add in front of the http
Put at the end

However, the file size of your image is over the limit of 51.200 bytes. Try saving it as a jpg instead of a png, that should make it much smaller.

I tried that but it still didn't work. There is something wrong with this. I don't get how ppl make it work.
