Help, I need Bat Magic.

I am doing the Autopia Road Trip Around VMK Quest and when you reach Task 25 you need Bat Magic.

If someone is willing to trade I have posted what I have on the trade board.

Am I the only one who doesn't understand why the driving quest asks for bat magic, when not everyone has it? It's not like you just do a quest and get bat magic. I really thought when they changed the quests that the need for magic would have been eliminated.

Trading for Bat Magic will be easier for most players than reaching the required fireworks score of 7,500!
