Help! I just returned from the Magic..no motivation!

For those of you who have indulged heavily while on a cruise (especially DCL!), you might relate.

It was possibly the best one yet, (we've now sailed on the Magic 3 times), but the hardest one for me to pull myself back up!

I'm still tired, and have that inexcuseable 'well, the cruise is over' mentality. Looking forward to cruising helped motivate me to stay on track. We're cruising again November 2005, but I want to get my old focus back now so I can lose the weight I gained.

What inspired any of you to get back on track? I could use a lot of positive tips. Summer's here, I should be motivated, I lost weight on WW three years ago, but am living in fear that I'll gain it back!

That's an accomplishment!
Some things that motivate me (these are kind of silly)
Get a subscription to a magazine like "Shape" or "Prevention"
Watching TV shows like "extreme makeover" and "What not to wear " and "I lost it!"

Looking at clothing cataloges that have clothes I really like.
Trying on swim suits!
Reading up on some health issuses (breast cancer runs in my family) and there is a dietary link!
I changed my homepage to the WISH page- all the news on my old home page was depressing me anyway.
Pick out a new dress or swimsuit for the next cruise and imagine how you want to look in it.

What inspires me


clothes getting baggy that were once very tight
having more energy
not having a W after the size on clothes(this is new to me)
starting to notice(although small amounts)definition in my legs and arms.
How good I feel after exercising
Feeling over all HEALTHIER!

and the biggest inspiration I have...

All the sucsess stories on WISH!

Don't forget the health aspect. Seeing my father, who was in better shape than I (eating healthier and exercising more), get a triple by-pass a week after my cruise helped get the motivation back (ok, I had a couple days of stress eating in there, but after that..). They told him he would have had a heart attack 10 years earlier had he not been in such good shape. That gave me my wake up call!

The key is you are concerned and know that you don't want to go back to where you were. You'll get on track after you get over the "my vacation's over blues." Also, it's summer, think swimsuits!
