Help, I just made a big mistake!

Ack! I just bought 5 MVMCP tickets for the 4th instead of the 6th! I tried calling ticket services but they're closed. Will I be able to switch them to the 6th? If not , what can I do?

If you call in the morning before they are sent out they might be able to help you. I see that you are going on November 30th though so you might just have to change your itenerary.

I wish it was as simple as changing our itinerary, but my in-laws and BIL are VERY religious and would rather waste the ticket instead of going to the party on a Sunday. I guess the girls, dh and I could go by ourselves, but I really hate to waste 3 tickets. Do you think that b/c I'm going to pick them up at the will call office, it would make a difference?

I purchased MVMCP tickets for Dec. 9th, then found out that was the only day that I could get a medical procedure arranged for my Mom in our hotel room by a visiting medical service. I called ticket services and explained the situation and they had me mail them back the tickets and sent me new ones for the 11th. There was no extra charge and they were very helpful about the whole matter. I'd give them a call first thing Friday morning.

If you already have the tickets in hand, take them with you and on November 30 go to MVMXP window right outside MK and I bet they will help you!
Last year, I couldn't hook up with people who had tickets for me for a sold out night...and darn if the CM at the window sold us two tickets for that night (when it was sold out). Worse case scenario...try to sell them online ebay.

This might actually help you get the tickets changed. You know, religious beliefs usually mean something to people when there is a problem. Not always, but quite often people try to accomadate things like this, I would give them the benifit of the doubt and try.

relax...you will be able to switch them. when you call on friday they will tell you what you need to do. disney will do right by you, they most always do, even when it isnt their fault. despite what we tend to read on these boards.

Call, if you are picking them up at will call, you are all set, they will take care of it.

Disney will work with you and you will be able to exchange for MVMCP tickets you need.I did same thing 3 years ago with 6 tickets and they exchanged for me no problem.
