Help! I have 24 balloons and no helium.

I'll be at Pop Century on Friday and need to blow up balloons. Its a surprise for my husband. Will the gift shops do that for a fee, or anywhere on site?

Ask at the checkin desk. I have seen them give balloons to young children while waiting in line to checkin. Not sure if they will but its worth a try.

I don't know what your situation is [if you're flying or driving, if your husband is coming with you or meeting you later, etc], but many places that have party and wedding supplies, and sell balloons, also sell disposable helium tanks that fill about 25 balloons, depending on the tank. Depending on your situation, you could run out to one of the stores near WDW to pick up a disposable tank.
