Help! I forgot to pay for my trip!

I thought my balance for our trip was due on the 17th. I just double checked and it was supposed to be the 7th! Now I am freaking out. Can I do anything before their offices open tomorrow. I just don't want my trip to be erased out of the system or something

Out of curiosity, what happened?

You should be okay if you call and talk to somebody. I had scheduled a trip for last August and missed the pay date due to unseen circumstances and was unable to go. Disney sent me a letter explaining that the trip balance was past due and I was able to talk to a representative. I explained my situation and was able to move my trip dates to another date or pay my remaining balance. Disney will work with you if you call and talk to them.

they normally give you a 14 day grace period... so you should have been fine

I called and it was still on file. it was a very long night though
