:sad2: We booked our 1st Disney trip over a year ago with a friend (probably mistake number one!). Now that it is getting much closer, I want to make a request for a specific area at the CSR for our stay. GRRRRRRR..
I have e-mailed her twice (we've done everything via e-mail) within the last 2 weeks to aske her to make the request for me (she has to do it since she made the original reservations) and I haven't gotten a reply from her!!
I'm very irritated, to say the least, but she is a friend and I don't want to get too pushy. Any suggestions?? Time is a tickin here - we're about 95 days out and friend or no friend, I feel like she is really giving me poor customer service!

I would look up her phone number and give her a call. She could be having computer problems and missing your emails. Either way you talk to her and find out whats going on.

Ok, wait .. you have over 3 months before your vacation and you are starting to panic over room location? Give your friend a break. Although I agree that if being a travel agent is her business, she should be returning your e-mails. Is she a full time travel agent, or does she have another more primary job? Maybe she can't see the reason for your sudden insistence on room location requests at over 3 months out. Maybe she can't get to it until next week, maybe she is on vacation. I too would suggest giving her a quick call and explaining your concerns. Do you ever talk to her on the phone "just because"?

You have plenty of time - please don't panic or lose a friend over this.
