HELP! I can't find the board about the DVC points

I would like to get more information on how to "rent"others DVC points and whatnot but cannot find where to go for this info. Can anyhelp guide me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

Scroll down the Main Forum List. It is a subsection of the DVC Forum, about half way down. And be sure you are logged in or you won't be able to see it.
