Help! i booked a flight with my trip...

hey folks, so i'm hoping someone can help me. i booked my flight through disney, i'm trying to figure out how to actually confirm my flight with delta.

here's my problem, delta charges an extra $5 for each bag you check in, with out pre-paying (turning a $15 charge, into a $20). will disney give me my delta confirmation number so i can online check in for the flight? i know i can online check in for disney 10 days from my travel date, but what about the flight? is that included with the disney online check in? or, will i have to wait it out - go to the airport on my travel date, and claim my boarding pass the old fashioned way, by talking to a delta rep (eep!).

Yes Disney will give you the numbers you need to check into your flight.

I had the same problem last year when I booked my Air Tran flights through Disney. It was a multi-step process for me. First I had to call Disney who gave me a "locator" number. Then I had to call Air Tran and give them the locator number and then they were able to give me the "reservation" number that I could then use online. You can't usually use the "locator" number online. So it can be done but it might take two separate phone calls.

If you have all your flight information (names, dates, flight numbers) you can call Delta directly and they can give you your Record Locator number.

i just called disney and got the locator number, but not before they ran both my name and girlfriends' name for TSA purposes. i went to delta's website and the locator number was the reservation number - wicked easy, again, thank you so much for that info!
