Help- how to find Minnie?

Just a couple days until WDW!! A friend of dh just texted and asked if we can get an autograph from Minnie for his little girl. My kids are older and were never really interested in getting autographs, so I have no idea how to go about finding her. Any suggestions?

Oh, and what should I get for her to autograph? A post card or something?
