Help! How to change child's password

My daughter gave her friend her VMK user name and password to her friend. I was in VMK and there she was, but wait, she's sitting next to me!

So she admits she gave it to her friend. I go to where this friend is and start telling her to log off. She runs from me, LOL. So I follow and tell her to log off. Then I get my cell phone and call the girl and put my DD on the phone with her.

I have logged off to change the password but this is the problem. I can't find where. I used the link in the sticky info and logged in where I would change my password.

I tried to add a child to my account but when I put in her info including her VMK user name it tells me that the name I am trying to use is already taken. Well Duh it's her!

I'm going to keep looking. I'll let you know what i find, you let me know what you know!

log in as you would to become a community leader and select change password. Or thats how it used to be anyway i thinks its still the same

Well, I'm not sure what to do, but hopefully the child who got the login/password didn't change the password before you tried to, because this IS possible for them to do if they can log in.

You can change your child's password their.
I think if you change her email address that it will erase her VMK account. I don't think I want to find out.

I went to help on the page in the players guide where you change your password. I called them on the phone, much easier then searching all over the Internet! She asked for my info and DD's info then changed it and emailed me the new password. i already tried it out and it worked great!

It's always best to talk to someone live.

By the way if you would have logged in it would have knocked her off VMK right then, glad you got it changed.
