Help...how do I post pictures?

Hi, have finished my first day trip report and thought i'd add a couple of pictures but haven't a clue how to thought I could clic on the insert an image but still can't work out how to do it?

Tried looking in the FAQ but can't find anything in there, also tried doing a search but the server always seems too busy?

Can anyone explain what I have to do?

After you have loaded your photos we can look at inserting into a post

Click on your photo so that it is enlarged. Then right-click, then click on properties and copy the URL address, it starts http...
Paste it into your post and put [IMG at the beginning of the http and /IMG] at the end.

If anyone can come up with an easier explanation please do!

Heck with aphoto took me for ever to get the playdough under my name server was always busy or I'd screw something up! I still can't figure how to start a thread although obviusly I can reply. Help me Please!!!!
