Help. How do I get oil based primer off my hands?

I was rolling it on the wall and rolled to fast. A bunch of it splattered on my hand.

How do I get it off my hands? The can says it contains solvents and other things that are harmful.

I really don't want to have to wipe my hands with turpentine.

I asked my husband and he uses mineral spirits.
