help help last minute

Of course I wait until the last minute, I am stressing. I was suppose to send ASMu my room request last Friday and I am trying todo this now. What should my request letter say besides what I am requesting? Should I send it to someone in particular? Should I sign it in blood????
I thought I would put my resi # on there?!? Help me please, trying to give my family the best trip ever.

I'm not sure if this helps but I would write a nice letter stating my request and any reasons for the request. I'd type it out then sign it so it looks very professional. When mailing it... I would put it to the attention of reservations or the reservation desk (I don't know if this position actually exists but someone will get the hint I hope) Also, seeing as it was due last Friday I would use priority mail or over night it even though it costs more!
