Okay, all you Canadian Board Disney Planners-Extraordinaire!!

Here's the deal!
I need help doing Diney Dining plans over Christmas:)

And I think I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to sort it all out (and working nights for the next few weeks isn't going to help much!!:teeth: )

Where's your fav spots to eat?
What would be your "Dream Chrsitmas Day at Disney"?
How about Christmas Eve?
Candlelight Processional?
New Year's Eve and Day at the World??

Any and all suggestions, memories, whatever you've got!

We have PAP's, my mom and dad are coming with us, along with our 8 year old twin Stitchy loving boys. We're definitely not park commandos!!

Staying at ASMusic December18-26, then to a villa offsite, back for New Year's (I think), and then back to the house.

Home on Jan6.

Thanks all!

Where's your fav spots to eat?
Le Cellier
'Ohanas
Kona Cafe
Chefs de France
Wolfgang Puck
Spoodles

What would be your "Dream Chrsitmas Day at Disney"?
Being able to get INTO a park. :teeth:

Be warned, crowds are absolutely inSANE over Christmas.

Take a Deep Breath!

This year we are planning on having Christmas Dinner at California Grill. DD is now a vegebetarian so forget Turkey! :lmao: I'll have steak and she can have sushi!

New Year's Eve, having dinner at Boma! Won't really care to party since we leave the following day but thought it would be nice to be at AKL. Will head back to VWL afterwards to sulk becuase we will be going back!

December 30th, we are trying Teppynaki for dinner. Gonna go to France to see if I can get an Elephant's Ear!

Also will be trying Kona for Breakfast and I believe Chef Mickey's one night just because!

We are also doing MVMCP (that is if my tickets ever arrive!) and eating at LTT for the ambiance!

DD will probably use most of her TS credits for room service for pancakes! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

The rest I will save for counter, Oh almost forgot! Gotta get my No Way Jose! somewhere in between all this!

My fav's are:

LeCellier
CP
B&C
V&A

I'm also gonna try to fit in all those goodies that we can't get here! ~ TakiGori, DoleWhips, Bellini, DoleWhips, WetzelPretzel, and anything else I see that I haven't had in a long time!

Have Fun!

Have most of your Absolute ADR's in place so that you won't be dissappointed!

Be prepared for the crowds!

Bring Mitts, Hats, etc. so that you won't end up paying $5.00 for $1.00 items!

My advice for New YEars Eve - get there early and do not leave. They close the parks when they get to capacity! And that is very early in the day for MK.

Not sure I can - DH and I are about to burst from not telling the kids.

We've got this whole "Disney-I-have-to-tell-you-something" twitchy thing going on!! :yay:

Okay..so far
1) Get into a Park - do not leave it!
2) Mitts and Hats in the backpack every day
3) Breathe
4) LeCellier is a fav for both of you- we've never been there..maybe for CP dinner??
5) I think we're going to try for ChefMickey's or 'Ohana Christmas morning...they're our favourite CB, but that would mean leaving a park..maybe Crystal Palace??

MVMCP...?? Age old question coming up...should we go??
We'll be onsite, so the evening parade is covered other evenings, and the snow.. as far as I can tell, we're looking for cookies and HC and special fireworks?

We'd like to take the kids to LaNouba. I think they're old enough to go now, and enjoy it...but I'd have to pick one or the other.

I can't imagine that we're going for Christmas!! :cool1: :cool1:

We did LeNouba for New Year's two years ago!

It was pricey but you got a glass of champgne, I took DD's, a programme and glow necklace.

Then we headed over to the Boardwalk area to catch the fireworks from Epcot!

I have a little more time to explain myself now!

DH and I took our kids 5 years ago to Disney for New YEars and it was fantastic! Busy and crazy but an unforgettable experience.

Our kids were 3, 6, 8, & 10 at the time so on New Years Eve we decided to sleep in because it was going to be a long day and night in the parks until 12:00!

Well, we arrived at MK just before lunch to find the park was already full to capacity and they were not letting anymore guests in. The same was true for Epcot. They have fireworks and a celebration at 8:00 for the young ones - I learned that after!

We ended up in MGM - which was a lot of fun but is geared more to the older crowd. Live bands everywhere and they wait until midnight to celebrate New YEars. We did not dare leave for fear of not being able to re enter so be had to hang around and look for spots to just relax because it was a long tiring day and the line ups were crazy! Fast Passes were a saviour that day!

Our kids have never forgotten New Years at Disney - it is truly magical!

Which is why I'm so glad we're on site our first week - until the 26th...we've booked a villa offsite for the Christmas/NewYear's week, and the first week of Jan..

I think the crowds that middle week might just be too much!

OK - so far:

I called this morning for CP pkgs..not good for the 24, but the 26th was still little ok.

We're going to head to MK on Christmas morning early - just to say we did it!! LOL - and then back to ASM...and hopefully book Chef Mickey's for supper with mom and dad.

I think we'll try to tix to MVMCP for the 22nd, maybe.
And LaNouba the first week of Jan.

Wonderworks Magical Comedy Show on the 27 or 28th

It's coming together, I think..now just to get the ADR's!

NYE at MGM sounds like fun, but not sure if the kiddoes would enjoy it. Maybe we'll leave them with mom and dad at the house!! :teeth:
