Help- headed to DC today!

He are going to DC today and not sure... This may be a silly question, but do we wear clothes and take swimsuits to change into or wear swimsuits and take clothes to change into???

We're going later this month & plan on wearing bathing suits w/coverups & bringing clothes to change into. Have a great time!
