Help - Having On-line check in issues

I’ve been trying for a week to do my on-line check in. The system will not take any credit card I enter. I have tried calling DVC, regular Disney, the hotel directly, and no matter what time or day I try I keep getting told it will be a 90 minute wait. I decided to just suck it up and wait today, only to finally reach someone who ended up having to connect me elsewhere, and guess what? another 90 minutes so I hung up! It’s absurd and I’m ready to just show up at the desk next week. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there something else I should do? I know they have limited staff and I’m trying to be understanding, but it’s become incredibly frustrating.
 
Try using the private or incognito function of your browser. That worked for me when I had trouble making payments.
 
Or use a different browser, that has been discussed in the past. Clearing cookies/cache never accomplished anything but it does wipe out any stored passwords you use on other internet sites, so I wouldn't go that route...............LOL !!!
 
We had that problem too. We finally was able to get it to take the CC by doing on the a phone instead of a computer.
 

It could be your browser - I use Safari and had no issues but my husband used Firefox and had problems.
