Help getting into AP site

Hi,

I have my AP Exchange Certificate but I cannot figure out how to get the numbers on the back of the card into the site. I have the last type on the site

NBXXX xx/xx/200x WDW:xxx Tr: xx xx

Everything up to the Tr part makes sense but after that I am not sure how to enter the four numbers after the Tr to get into the site.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I believe it should be trXXX then you put in the last 4 numbers.

my pass only had 2 digits after the tr: They were the only other numbers on our passes. When I typed only those it worked.

Thanks for the reply. I gave this a try but still no luck. I did email Disney and they replied reconmending setting adjustments. I tried all of those also and no luck.

There was a thread here at one time giving instructions for doing this....maybe do a search. I know the thread helped me figure out what to try...
