Help! GAD program Project Linus info needed!

I'm mailing our blankets today (tomorrow is the deadline). I can't find the email with the shipping instructions! Ugh! I signed up through Hands on Network if that makes a difference.

There are many chapters of Project Linus with many mailing addresses in GAD. If you look in your GAD account, you can probably figure out with which one you are registered.

We were assigned to Project Linus National (not a local chapter). I just sent you a PM with the info I have.

It says the "completed letter" must be enclosed with pictures. It is a PDF, but I cut and pasted the info into the PM I sent you. They know the website doesn't work anymore since GAD ended. I called them for the PDF and they emailed it to me in less than a day.
