HELP! Fun stuff for preschool age girls?

My father has unexpectedly been asked at the last minute to fly out to Disney and babysit my two nieces ages 4 and 3 for the final three days of their first Disney vacation! They are staying in Tonga at the Poly. My dad asked me if I had some fun recommendations for last minute activites either at the resorts around the lagoon or the parks. Having two teenage stepsons, I never did Disney with kiddos that young and don't have girls ...so I was wondering if you could help with ideas!

He can ask the Concierge for assistance in making dining reservations at Hollywood and Vine for breakfast or lunch. Disney Jr characters are there: Jake, Handy Manny, Doc McStuffins and Sofia.

The Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground is in DHS.

He can take them to the AMC theater in DTD to watch Frozen and then have a meal at Rainforest or T-Rex. He can have silhouettes done of the three of them as a nice memento of this trip.

Send them to DHS! Between the shows (Muppets, BatB, LM, and Disney Junior) and the HISTK playground, he can do a lot of sitting while they are happily entertained.
