I know on the back of the frozen Phylo dough there is a recipe for a salmon/cream cheese crepe type thing that is good. They are only 1 point each.
I also found a recipe for a 1 point artichoke dip that looked good.
Got it off the WW site. It sounds like the ones that they serve at Fridays & Applebees. Melba toast is low in points (5 round are 1 point), as is Kashi TLC crackers. I like the plain ones, very tasty, all natural and has some fiber in them (15=2 points).
Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
5 oz chopped frozen spinach
8 oz fat-free cream cheese
8 oz 1/3 less-fat cream cheese
14 oz canned artichoke hearts, without oil
3 bulb garlic clove(s)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, and next 6 ingredients (2 tablespoons Parmesan through spinach) in a large bowl, and stir until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown
Makes 22 1/4 cup servings

Shrimp cocktail was a perfect idea, you could also include shell fish like scallops, clams, mussels, crab & lobster that are all low point. Just don't use butter.
