Disneyland Hotel security gate?

I know the security gate at DLH changed and I just wanted to find out where it is now. Is there still an entrance under the hat? Is there one near Frontier tower?

Also, is parking for the hotel still behind it or is it in a garage now?

There are two gates in that area with one being closest to the hat. Parking is ground level next to the ballroom or on top of the ballroom. I would avoid valet parking, it is very expensive.
