HELP---Frozen premium package

HELP PLEASE---

I've been trying to book for our trip next month. When I try on line I get an error message.
Called Disney dining and was told there is no Premium Package this year.

If I can't reserve on line, who do I call?

Yes - there is a package, as I have bought and paid for it. Call the 407-WDW-PLAY line and see if that gets you anywhere.

I purchased a Premium Frozen package too, so I'm pretty sure they are doing it, unless they are canceling it and refunding money. For several days (4 or 5) now I have been trying to look on the website for the details of the package so I can plan FP+, meals around the events. But, when I click on it, I get an error message.

It's listed as "Frozen" Summer Fun Premium Package. Maybe they need the quotation marks to find it?

I called the disney dining line yesterday to book for September 3rd. The first cast member I spoke with knew what I was talking about, but apparently there was no availability on that day. No, I didn't want to look at another time. I hung up, got online, managed to get a 8.05 Akershaus for a different day and move Epcot, so called back. I got a much better CM who was really helpful and by mistake I asked about September 3rd and lo and behold, there was availability on the very same day I had been told there was no availability for not 5 minutes earlier.
