Help!!From those who have been at Thanksgiving before

I am going crazy. Now that I can start making the ADR's I feel more pressure. I even read these board every day, and I still am not for Sure which park to do when.
I know the hours will pretty much be similar to last time, but the EMH is driving me crazy.
I don't think I want to do MK on Thanksgiving for Sure, was thinking of doing it Wed, but it shows EMH for Wed. So there goes that theory. But I am guessing people are still traveling in, so Maybe do MK on Wed. anyway. What would you do?

We did WDW back in 2002 over Thanksgiving, but we didn't arrive until Thanksgiving morning. We hung out at the resort until early evening (5pm or so) then went to Chef Mickey's for our first meal. After that we hit MK. It was around 7:30pm, and we were completely surprised at the crowd level. We'd expected things to be bumper to bumper, but they weren't bad at all. We had 10 minute waits for all our rides, and there was no one within arms' length during either the parade or the fireworks. We went to Epcot the day after Thanksgiving and had a similar experience. We actually encountered bigger crowds after the holiday weekend, which we weren't expecting at all.

We've always stuck to the EMH parks since we have little ones. You can usually accomplish lots before all the other guests arrive. We tend to hit the parks until after lunch and then head to the resort for a few hours. After that we usually go to a different park in the evening. Epcot's always a good bet. Even when it's very crowded it seems less so because of its size.
